BALLARI: The South Western Railway(SWR) has announced express Special for 3 trips in each direction to clear the extra rush of passengers travelling from Bengaluru to Bhagat-Ki-Koti (Jodhpur) by Train No. 06217/06218 SMVT #Bengaluru – Bhagat Ki Kothi- SMVT Bengaluru. This train will bypass the Ballari Jn but will provide a 2 minute stop at Ballari Cantonment Railway station whose railway code is “BYC”.

The Train will commence its journey from SMVB Railway Station,Bengaluru on 09-11-2023,16-11-2023 and 23-11-2023 and from BGKT (Jodhpur) on 12-11-2023,19-11-2023 and 26-11-2023. Enroute the Train will stop at Tumkur, Arasikere, Kadur, Chikkajajuru, Chitradurga, Rayadurga, Ballari Cantonment (station code : BYC) Tournagallu, Hosapete, Koppal, Gadag, Hubballi, Dharwad, Belagavi, ghattaprabha in karnataka and then enter Maharashtra, Gujarat and Rajasthan.

Passengers travelling in both the trains should select station code “BYC” to search the train in reservation platforms such as irctc, confirm ticket, make-my-trip etc.

Passengers are requested to make use of this facility provided by South Western Railway (SWR).
